Q. Where do I go when I get to the Prince George's Community College campus on November 3rd?
The Symposium is taking place in the Largo Student Center. The best place to park will be Lots B and C. Please click here for a detailed map of the campus where we have highlighted the path from the parking lot to the Student Center building.
Q. Do I have to register for the full day seminar or can I just attend one or two sessions?
We believe that attending multiple sessions will give participants a full perspective but, yes, you may attend only one or two sessions if that’s all the time you have available.
Q. Do I need to register for a box lunch?
Yes, to give an accurate headcount to the caterer we request that attendees register for a box lunch in advance.
Q. Do I need to register in advance or can I register onsite?
To ensure we have adequate space for all attendees we ask that everyone register in advance. As well, CEU offerings require advanced registrations to ensure we have the adequate information for submitting to the Maryland Board of Social Work.
Q. Do I have to be a professional or licensed clinical social worker to attend the sessions that award CEU credits?
No, all are welcome at the CEU sessions but please be aware that the content focus will be more clinically based.

Q. Do I need to be a Prince George’s County resident to attend the symposium?
No, the symposium is open to everyone in our region who is interested in expanding their understanding and awareness of the many facets of aging, caregiving and planning
